Starbucks Shift Supervisor Job Description

Role Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Shift Supervisor to lead and motivate our team at our Starbucks store. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the store when the Manager is not present, ensuring a smooth operation, and promoting sales and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and engage the team to achieve sales and profitability goals
  • Manage store operations, including inventory, scheduling, and customer service
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve store performance and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with the Manager to achieve business objectives and goals
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Previous supervisory experience in a retail or hospitality environment
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
