About the Role
This full-time position offers a competitive salary up to £38,500 per annum, plus benefits. You will be based at Horizons in Reading, Berkshire, with two days per week working from home. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Responsibilities
As a Senior Disability Adviser, your key responsibilities will include:
  • Providing high-quality support to students and staff with disabilities, including advising on reasonable adjustments and providing guidance on accessibility resources.
  • Working closely with academic staff to ensure that our teaching and learning materials are accessible to all students.
  • Collaborating with other departments to promote inclusion and diversity within the university.
