About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at Foundations Exec. As a key member of our National Security functions, you will play a pivotal role in selling digital services and solutions to public sector clients.

As a Business Development Manager, you will work closely with our team of experts to design, create, and execute sales plans and strategies that drive business growth. Your primary focus will be on winning new business (70%) and building/maintaining existing client relationships (30%).

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to win new business and grow existing relationships
  • Collaborate with our team of experts to design and deliver digital solutions to public sector clients
  • Manage your own sales pipeline and ensure timely delivery of sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and stakeholders
Requirements
  • Active DV Clearance
  • Experience in a Sales/BDM role within the Public Sector
  • Ability to win new business, manage your own sales pipeline, and build on existing relationships
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills
