Account Manager Opportunity

Walker & Sloan Ltd | Certified B Corp is seeking an experienced Account Manager to strengthen their client services team and drive growth across a portfolio of high-profile clients.

About the Role

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and growing relationships with B2B clients, delivering outstanding digital solutions. You will manage multiple clients, collaborate with project managers and technical leads, and take ownership of client accounts from pre-sales through to ongoing support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage client relationships through regular contact and pre-sales processes
  • Collaborate with project managers and technical leads to deliver high-quality work on time
  • Identify new opportunities and prepare proposals to secure new business
  • Attend pitches and lead meetings to present services and solutions
Requirements

We are looking for an experienced Account Manager with a strong understanding of the digital services sales and project lifecycle within a digital agency. You should have a proven ability to manage client relationships, a consistent track record of delivering high-quality work on time, and experience working with clients across various industries.
