About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Old Age Psychiatrist to join our community-based services in Cambridgeshire. As a Consultant Psychiatrist in Old Age Psychiatry, you will provide excellent care to our patients and work closely with our multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the multidisciplinary team in providing psychiatric care to patients with functional and organic illness.
  • Develop links with the wider multidisciplinary team and with colleagues in primary care.
  • Work closely with consultant colleagues in the acute care system and the liaison service to ensure coordinated care.

Requirements

  • Entry on the GMC Specialist Register.
  • MRCPsych (or equivalent).
  • S12/AC approved.
  • CCT in relevant specialty.
