About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Sales Support and Operations Consultant to join our team at Job Board Direct. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for working closely with our surveying and removal teams, as well as clients, from initial inquiry to scheduling asbestos surveys and removal works, and managing the process to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Dealing with incoming enquiries from domestic and commercial clients
• Generating and submitting quotations
• Managing clients from initial inquiry to completion of works
• Operations - Coordinating the delivery of services with the Surveying and removal teams and clients
• Diary and Database Management
• Account Managing existing clients and keeping in touch with old clients
• Posting on social media
• Liaising with accounts
• Office Management
• Dealing with suppliers

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organisational skills
• Numerate, with the ability to calculate costs accurately
• Experience in a commercial role dealing directly with clients
• Experience in a sales support, account management, operations advantageous
• Proficient with MS Office, Excel, Powerpoint, Social Media, CRM packages
• Graduate / A level education or GCSEs to include A-B grades or equivalent
