**Job Description:**
This is an office-based vacancy, requiring relocation or commuting to our offices a minimum of 3-4 days per week. The successful candidate will be part of a customer-facing role, working alongside internal project engineering and project management teams to deliver exceptional project delivery.
The salary for this position is approximately £55,000 - £75,000 per annum, depending on experience.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities
- Liaise with internal teams (e.g., developers, change engineers, and product managers) to understand release schedules and testing needs
- Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved
- Perform usability and locale-based testing on interfaces within a pre-production environment
- Resolve and document testing issues, including investigating causes and producing training documentation
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant subject (e.g., computer science, engineering)
- Good experience in a software testing role, with a strong understanding of testing methodologies and processes
- Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies and processes
- Experience with usability, performance, and/or security testing
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and coach a team of test engineers
