About the Role

We are looking for a talented Transformation Lead to join our Public Health team. The role involves leading the operations function across Publicis Health UK, driving change and improvement across the organisation, and developing and delivering transformation projects.

As Transformation Lead, you will be responsible for building end-to-end solutions for our brands and individuals, utilising in-house, network, and third-party capabilities. You will work closely with senior leaders, finance, project management, and individuals on the ground to drive improvement in key metrics such as utilisation, productivity, retention, and revenue.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in project management, change management, and programme management. You will need to work closely with multiple stakeholders and various workstreams, and have strong business acumen to assess, report, and influence the commercial impact of transformation projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the operations function across Publicis Health UK, driving change and improvement across the organisation
  • Develop and deliver transformation projects, building end-to-end solutions for our brands and individuals
  • Work closely with senior leaders, finance, project management, and individuals on the ground to drive improvement in key metrics such as utilisation, productivity, retention, and revenue
  • Manage multiple stakeholders and various workstreams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration
  • Have strong business acumen to assess, report, and influence the commercial impact of transformation projects
Requirements
  • Extensive experience within project management, operations, and change management work
  • Skilled at leading a team and making operational change within an organisation
  • An agency background and a deep understanding of the way agencies operate, with knowledge across all functions: strategy, creative, design, production, client management, and finance
  • Programme management experience dealing with multiple stakeholders and various workstreams
  • Well-versed in creating roadmaps and strategic change within an organisation and evidence of delivery against those roadmaps
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to assess, report, and influence the commercial impact of transformation projects

We offer a competitive salary of £80,000 - £100,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including:
