We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to lead our team at The Ivy Belfast. As a General Manager, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing a high-performing team, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing team to achieve sales targets and excellence in service
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure profitability and efficiency
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers and partners
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and improvement
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a senior management role in a high-volume restaurant environment
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
  • Strong financial management skills, with experience of managing budgets and forecasts
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
  • Excellent English language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and customers
