The Ivy Collection is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our dynamic team at The Ivy Belfast.

About the Role:

  • As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of dedicated staff.
  • You will be the right-hand person to the Restaurant Manager, assisting with the day-to-day running of the restaurant, including managing staff, maintaining high standards of service, and ensuring the restaurant is always clean and well-maintained.
  • You will be responsible for providing training and development opportunities for your team, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • You will work closely with the Restaurant Manager to achieve sales targets, manage budgets, and maintain high standards of customer service.
  • You will be responsible for maintaining a positive and respectful work environment, promoting a culture of teamwork and collaboration.

About You:

  • You will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-volume restaurant environment.
  • You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues, customers, and suppliers.
  • You will have a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service, with a focus on providing a memorable experience for our guests.
  • You will be a team player, with a positive and flexible attitude, able to work well under pressure and adapt to changing situations.
  • You will have excellent English language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and customers.
