Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Software Engineer to join our team at McLaren Racing. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software solutions to support our racing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Designing and implementing software solutions to meet the needs of our racing team.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure software solutions meet requirements.
  • Maintaining and enhancing existing software systems to ensure high performance and reliability.
  • Providing technical guidance and support to other team members as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • At least 2 years of commercial experience in software development.
  • Strong understanding of software engineering principles and practices.
  • Experience with programming languages such as C#, Python, and Java.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
