The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare delivery systems, with experience in processing medical claims and providing education to beneficiaries. As a Beneficiary Services Representative, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of the TRICARE Overseas Program, providing support to military families and ensuring they receive the care they need.

Key responsibilities will include verifying benefits eligibility, processing enrollments and disenrollments, and resolving enrollment discrepancies. You will also provide education on resources and benefits, as well as customer service to beneficiaries on the phone and in person.
