Position Type: 12-month contract (Potentially to go permanent)
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Specialist to join our team at IO Associates. As a key member of our manufacturing operations team, you will be responsible for leading risk assessments, identifying potential hazards, and ensuring adherence to HSE regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with HSEQ, engineers, and operators to conduct risk assessments and presentations.
- Recognize and mitigate workplace dangers and risks.
- Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and standards.
- Conduct risk evaluations and complete checklists for new mechanical equipment.
- Optimize CoPQ by analyzing run data and implementing process improvements.
- Monitor and maintain process inspection records.
- Support the implementation of 6S sustainability in the work center.
- Participate in or lead CI initiatives and collaborate with the Manufacturing Improvement team.
