Job Description

iO Associates - UK/EU is seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead risk assessments in collaboration with HSEQ, engineers, and operators to identify potential hazards and take corrective action.
  • Ensure adherence to HSE regulations and complete required risk evaluations and checklists for new mechanical equipment.
  • Analyze run data to identify opportunities for reducing CoPQ and implement new or improved techniques.
  • Implement 6S sustainability by maintaining process inspection records and supporting the Manufacturing Improvement team in their initiatives.
  • Participate in or lead Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives and communicate with the Manufacturing Improvement team as instructed.
Requirements:
  • Over 2 years of experience in the Oil & Gas, Nuclear industry, or a relevant engineering background.
  • Expertise in pipe design, manufacturing, and installation.
  • Strong understanding of HSE regulations and risk assessment methodologies.
  • Ability to analyze data and implement process improvements.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
