Community Midwifery Lead for Perinatal Services

As an Enhanced Team Leader - Maternity Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to women with perinatal mental health needs at Mid Cheshire Hospitals NHS Foundation.
About the RoleThis role requires a Registered Midwife with active NMC PIN and experience in routine antenatal and postnatal care, as well as providing care for women with perinatal mental health issues. The ideal candidate will have decision-making autonomy within guidelines and professional codes of practice.
Key Responsibilities- Perform comprehensive assessments of PMH care needs for women with identified vulnerabilities
- Support the service by working alongside and under the indirect supervision of the Specialist Midwife for PMH
- Collaborate with other agencies to provide individualized care plans
Mid Cheshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust provides good quality, safe, and effective healthcare to the people of Cheshire and beyond. We offer a competitive salary range of £38,890 - £44,041 per annum, depending on experience.
