A Senior Business Development Manager with German language skills is required to join a thriving Specialty Sales and Distribution company based in the West Midlands. The ideal candidate will have proven sales experience, ideally within a business-to-business product sales environment.

The role involves creating sales leads alongside nurturing and developing existing business. Working alongside the Sales Director, you will also be involved in creating and actioning sales campaigns. The majority of the work will be telephone-based, and as such, the successful applicant will have first-class communication skills and a confident manner.

Some key responsibilities include:

  • Generating new business opportunities
  • Nurturing and developing existing relationships
  • Working closely with the Sales Director to create and implement sales strategies

You can expect an excellent salary, bonus structure, generous holiday entitlement, training, and the opportunity to work within a friendly team. A fluency in German, both written and spoken, is essential for this role.
