Wholesale Sales Manager - Luxury Fashion Brand
Fella & Jones is seeking a highly skilled Wholesale Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for maintaining existing accounts and developing new ones, driving business growth and expanding our client base globally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Support the development of selling prices and strategies
- Investigate and plan new product lines or categories to market to customers
- Manage selling margins, taking into account direct costs
- Manage debt and payment terms with customers
- Ensure timely clearance of invoices and purchase orders
- Increase customer spend through staff training and identifying new opportunities
- Grow customer numbers within the wholesale business while maintaining excellent service
- Manage P&L for sales, delivery, and justifying results to the Commercial Director
- Ensure the brand is positioned correctly in the local and wider market in line with brand strategy
- Develop a deep understanding of the collection and brand ambition
- Expand business by organizing regular sales meetings
Requirements:
- Proven track record of developing relationships with Buyers and meeting sales targets
- Strong knowledge of the UK and International fashion industry, trends, products, and competitors
- Self-motivated and able to motivate others, with flexibility when required
- Confident in visiting customers on the road to showcase and sell the collection
- Strong organization and communication skills, with excellent telephone manner
- Fresh, energetic, and results-driven approach
- Confident and outgoing
- Strong interest in Luxury retail industry and design
This role is ideal for a strong leader with excellent communication skills looking to join a established company with great development potential.
