Job Description

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including grounds and lawn maintenance, repairs, and seasonal pre-maintenance services.
  • Use our Maintenance Work Order system to track and complete maintenance tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Build and maintain relationships with residents and staff to improve the overall quality of life in our communities.

Requirements

  1. 5+ years of experience in maintenance or a related field.
  2. Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, appliance repairs, HVAC, and carpentry is a plus.
  3. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  4. Valid operator's license.

Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for growth and development within our company.
