We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Receptionist to join our team in the Hastings Area. As a key member of our administrative support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to offenders and visitors, handling queries and requests in a professional and courteous manner.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for greeting offenders and visitors, logging their arrival and departure, and ensuring the appropriate member of staff is notified. You will also be responsible for handling all queries, referring on when unable to resolve, handling incoming and outgoing telephone calls, taking messages and transmitting to the appropriate person.

In addition, you will be responsible for dealing with all mail items, including incoming, outgoing and internal mail, taking bookings and supporting the allocation and booking of hot desks, car parking and pool cars. You will also be responsible for paying bus fares/travel warrants to offenders and handling day to day petty cash.

The successful candidate will have a strong attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accurate records and logs. You will also have the ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team.

We offer a competitive salary of £11.44 per hour, with opportunities for professional development and growth. If you are a motivated and organized individual with excellent communication skills, we would love to hear from you.
