Senior Building Physics Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Building Physics Consultant to join our team in London. As a key member of our Energy team, you will be responsible for delivering net zero carbon performance to meet client and national NZC targets. Your expertise in building energy modelling and operational energy performance will be essential in advising clients on how to reduce their carbon emissions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Building performance and passive design analysis
  • Attend and lead meetings and workshops with MEP engineers, sustainability consultants, architects, and other building professionals
  • Manage own workload and contribute to resource planning for the team
  • Undertake training and mentoring of junior team members

Requirements:

  • Level 5 Accredited Non-Domestic Energy Assessor
  • Proficient with ApHVAC modelling operational energy performance of buildings
  • Demonstrable experience with London Plan and other planning policy energy statements
  • Experience of liaising with a project design team and able to run workshops
