Join Our Team as a Building Physics Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Building Physics Consultant to join our team at Human Capital Solutions. As a key member of our sustainability consultancy, you will play a crucial role in helping our clients achieve low energy and low-cost buildings while improving occupant comfort and overall health and well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct building physics modelling (daylight, overheating studies, dynamic thermal modelling) of new build and complex refurbishment projects.
  • Collaborate with architects to bring their ideas and visions to life.
  • Utilize IES, PHPP, SAP, Excel, or Grasshopper to model and predict a building's energy use.
  • Champion low energy building design and implement Passivhaus standards for all new projects.
  • Attend CPD's and regular in-house training and development sessions.
