Join Our Team as a Building Physics Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Building Physics Consultant to join our team at Human Capital Solutions. As a key member of our sustainability consultancy, you will play a crucial role in helping our clients achieve low energy and low-cost buildings while improving occupant comfort and overall health and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct building physics modelling (daylight, overheating studies, dynamic thermal modelling) of new build and complex refurbishment projects.
  2. Collaborate with architects to bring their ideas and visions to life.
  3. Utilize IES, PHPP, SAP, Excel, or Grasshopper to model and predict a building's energy use.
  4. Advocate for low energy building design.
  5. Implement Passivhaus standards for all new projects.
  6. Participate in CPD's and regular in-house training and development sessions.
