Responsibilities
  • Ensure production equipment remains operational and efficient, conducting proactive and reactive maintenance as required.
  • Take ownership of individual projects and contribute to departmental projects, driving continuous improvement ideas.
  • Be responsible for individual and others' health and safety, ensuring health and safety policies are adhered to and near misses and hazards are reported.
  • Manage stock allocation, stock checks, and stock management processes, following departmental procedures and policy.
Requirements
  • Apprentice trained or time served in multi-skilled maintenance.
  • Experience working with CNC/PLC/PC controlled machine tool or process control production equipment.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, including PLC, electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical.
