Education Recruitment Specialist

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for recruiting and placing teaching assistants, support workers, and teachers in schools, education provisions, and residential settings. Your role will involve writing job adverts, building relationships with universities and job centres, and interviewing potential candidates to ensure they meet our high standards. You will also be responsible for liaising with our Education Consultants to place candidates in work.

The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, hardworking, and have excellent communication skills. Experience in the education sector or customer service is desirable, but not essential as full training and support will be provided. You will be working in a dynamic and supportive team, with opportunities for professional development and career growth.
