Job Summary:

Axcis Education Recruitment is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Candidate Consultant (Resourcer) in our Liverpool office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit teaching assistants, support workers, and teachers to work in schools, education provisions, and residential settings.
  • Write job adverts, build relationships with universities, colleges, and job centres, and look through CV sites.
  • Interview potential candidates, both in person and online, and assist with vetting and compliance checks.
  • Liaise with Education Consultants to place candidates into work.

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to build relationships and rapport with others.
  • Enthusiasm, hard work, and a willingness to learn.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive basic salary - £23k to £25k depending on experience.
  • Very competitive bonus scheme.
  • Normal working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm.
