About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Candidate Consultant (Resourcer) in our Liverpool office. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for recruiting teaching assistants, support workers, and teachers to work in schools, education provisions, and residential settings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Writing job adverts and building relationships with universities, colleges, and job centres
  • Searching CV sites, speaking to new registrations, and interviewing potential candidates
  • Assisting with vetting and compliance to get candidates cleared for work
  • Liaising with Education Consultants to place candidates in work
Requirements

We are looking for someone with excellent written and verbal communication skills, who enjoys meeting people and speaking on the phone. Experience in the education sector or customer service/administration is preferred, but not essential as full training and support will be provided.

  • Competitive basic salary - £23k to £25k depending on experience

  • Normal working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm
