We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Policy Specialist to join our overseas operation management team at Zijin Mining Group. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in enhancing community relations, communication, and resettlement activities, as well as environmental protection projects and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the ESG team to provide strategic and technical support to the Group's overseas operation management.
  • Advise management and overseas enterprises on ESG and sustainability matters.
  • Develop guidelines, policies, procedures, initiatives, and other program content aligned with best ESG practices and frameworks in the mining industry.
  • Craft the content for ESG reports, trend analyses, and other materials.
  • Lead and support corporate sustainability programs, including goal setting, disclosures, performance assessments, and benchmarking studies.
  • Stay informed on ESG developments and regulatory changes.
Requirements
  • Degree in Economics, Political Science, or related fields.
  • Work experience in the mining, energy, or other related sectors is preferred.
  • Knowledge of ESG, sustainability, and environmental fields, with a proven track record of implemented initiatives is preferred.
  • Experience in developing and implementing new programs and processes, with a preference for those experienced in monitoring and reporting.
  • Experience in community relations, environmental protection projects, and activities.
  • English Fluent (both spoken and written), knowledge of Spanish or French is a bonus.
