Racing Sales Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our commercial team at Lingfield Park Racecourse. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving commercial sales and growth in the South of England and Welsh regions.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to incoming enquiries via email and phone with a professional and positive manner.
- Upsell and cross-sell opportunities to existing clients and new clients.
- Recognize and address client needs to provide the best commercial solution.
- Prepare accurate paperwork within set pricing parameters.
- Ensure effective handover to delivery teams.
- Relentlessly positive attitude.
- Previous experience in customer service or sales.
- Worked in an office environment.
- GCSE or equivalent in Math and English.
- Ability to work on own initiative and be an excellent communicator.
- 2 Annual Members passes.
- Hotel Discounts and Complimentary Golf.
