Job Title: Assistant Finance Business Partner

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Assistant Finance Business Partner to join our team at AD WARRIOR. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a crucial role in supporting the business to achieve effective financial management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Finance Business Partner in preparing monthly Management Accounts, journals, variance analysis, and reporting.
  • Complete Balance Sheet reconciliations and assist in the preparation and collation of the annual budgeting and reforecasting.
  • Work closely with budget holders to monitor their financial performance and assist in the year-end process.
  • Deal with audit queries and provide financial information to support business decisions.
Requirements:
  • Finance experience, with a strong understanding of financial management principles.
  • Previous experience working as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Hardworking, passionate, and self-motivated, with a keen eye for detail and analytical skills.
  • Ideal candidate will have a charity sector background or experience working in social housing or the care sector.
