We are seeking an experienced and quality-focused Care Manager to lead a residential service catering to adults with Learning Disabilities, Autism, and Physical Disabilities.

For this role, we offer a competitive salary of £45,000 per annum.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have prior experience as a Registered Manager, preferably in Learning Disabilities.

  • Prior experience as a Registered Manager, preferably in Learning Disabilities
  • QCF Level 5 Leadership and Management/Registered Managers Award/NVQ Level 4 Health and Social Care (preferred)
  • Strong staff management skills
  • Excellent knowledge of CQC regulations, health and social care legislation, and regulatory requirements

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing a team of staff to ensure the provision of exceptional care services.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead and manage a team of staff to ensure the provision of exceptional care services
  2. Develop and implement effective strategies to promote independence and well-being among service users
  3. Ensure compliance with CQC regulations, health and social care legislation, and regulatory requirements
