About the Job
We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Community Support Worker to join our team at one of our Community Flats in Wellington Road - Brighton. As a member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing support and assistance to our adult residents, helping them to maintain their independence and achieve their goals.

The ideal candidate will have a genuine empathy for our tenants, with the positivity, patience, and resilience to support them through difficult times. They will also enjoy working as part of a team, taking pride in getting the job done well alongside colleagues. Excellent face-to-face communication skills and good standards of literacy and ICT skills are essential. Flexibility and good time management skills are also required, along with the ability to prioritise your own workload.
