Ctsrecruit is assisting a leading Manufacturing Engineering company based near Nelson with the recruitment of a Quality Administrator. This role has been created due to increased workload and the need for additional support to the Quality team. Ideal candidates will have experience working within Quality Administrative roles in manufacturing/engineering environments and be skilled in Quality/technical documentation.

Job Summary:

The Quality Administrator will provide administrative support to the Quality team by creating and managing internal and external customer shipping documentation, compiling data for QE review, and preparing customer shipping documentation to ensure compliance with quality standards.

Responsibilities:
  • Creation and management of internal and external customer shipping documentation.
  • Compilation of data for QE review, including STEM and machining data.
  • Preparation of customer shipping documentation to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Creation and updating of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Quality Alerts in collaboration with Quality Engineers.
  • Assist in gathering documentation and data required for audits and compliance reviews.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrable experience within a Quality administrative role – Experience in a Manufacturing Engineering environment is essential.
  • Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook literacy.

Estimated salary: £26,500 - £31,000 per annum.
