Job Description

**About the Role**

We are seeking an experienced Railway Engineering Design Manager to join our team at Advance TRS. As a key member of our design department, you will be responsible for delivering engineering technical excellence for various projects.

About the Project

The successful candidate will work on engineering works associated with station redevelopment, requiring a strong background in rail engineering and experience working on similar projects.

Your Key Responsibilities**

  • Manage design for depot and site works, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to client requirements.
  • Attend client meetings to provide updates and discuss project progress.
  • Report to the project director to deliver the engineering scope on allocated company contracts.
  • Develop and implement design processes to achieve technical excellence and efficiency.

Requirements**

  • Five years of relevant experience in rail engineering design management, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects.
  • Design Manager level experience in rail works, with a deep understanding of engineering principles and practices.
