Job Title: Railway Engineering Manager

We are ADVANCE TRS, a leading organization in the railway industry. As we continue to push boundaries and drive innovation, we seek an exceptional Design Manager to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working in rail engineering projects, with a proven track record of delivering technical excellence. You will be responsible for managing design processes, overseeing depot and site works, and collaborating with our project director to deliver allocated contracts.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Technical Leadership: Provide expert guidance on railway engineering matters, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Design Management: Oversee the design process from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality assurance.
  • Project Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution, identifying and mitigating potential risks.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze project performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize results.

We offer a highly competitive salary range of £55,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, to attract and retain top talent. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health insurance, retirement savings plan, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
