The Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic Private Practice in Knightsbridge as an Experienced Medical Secretary. As the face of the practice, you will be responsible for providing top-notch patient care and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Key responsibilities include managing patient communications, diaries, and medical records, as well as coordinating referrals and performing administrative tasks. With a focus on delivering exceptional customer service, you will thrive in this fast-paced environment where no two days are ever the same.

Responsibilities Include:
• Patient Communication: Deliver exceptional patient care through phone calls, emails, and in-person interactions
• Diary Management: Schedule appointments and manage diaries effectively
• Medical Record Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and billing systems
• Referrals: Coordinate referrals with healthcare providers and ensure seamless communication
• Administration: Perform various administrative tasks, including equipment maintenance and office supplies management

Requirements:
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and have experience working in a medical setting. Familiarity with EMIS or Meddbase is desirable, as well as basic computer skills and the ability to multitask effectively. A background in medicine or healthcare administration is highly advantageous. Competitive Salary: £38,000 per year.
