About the Role

This is a permanent, full-time position with a salary of up to £42 per hour. As an Advanced Social Worker, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality services to children, young people, and their families. You will act as a lead professional, providing expert knowledge, guidance, and support to colleagues, while managing complex caseloads.

Key Requirements
  • A degree in Social Work and registration with Social Work England.
  • Significant post-qualification experience (3+ years), particularly in children’s services, and a proven ability to handle complex and high-risk cases.
  • A thorough understanding of relevant legislation, policies, and procedures.
