  4. Allocating training and annual leave bookings on each local rota and arranging cover.

  7. Ensuring all rota changes are completed and shared with team members across the region.
  8. Updating and submitting weekly finance trackers for each service.
  9. Reporting on delivered hours to locality managers and Divisional Director.
  10. Completing weekly payroll returns for each location.

Requirements include:

  1. NVQ Level 3 in adult care or equivalent qualifications.
  2. Proficiency in MS Office and web-based services.
  3. Experience in care coordination, adult health, and social care, learning support, or public health/health improvement.
  4. Experience in multiprofessional team environments.
  5. Experience in personalised care and support planning.
  6. Data collection and using tools to measure service impact.
