About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Adult Mental Health Practitioner to join our dynamic and motivated team at Tees Esk and Wear Valleys NHS Foundation Trust.

As a key member of our Harrogate Child and Adolescent Mental Health Team, you will provide assessment and treatment to children and young people who present with mental health issues, with a focus on formulation and psychologically informed brief interventions.

You will work collaboratively with children and young people, as well as their carers and families, to deliver high-quality planned care.

Our team is committed to the development of high-quality care and engaging in quality improvement activities, with regular management and clinical supervision provided.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide assessment and treatment to children and young people with mental health issues
  • Work collaboratively with children and young people, carers, and families
  • Deliver high-quality planned care
  • Participate in quality improvement activities
  • Engage in regular management and clinical supervision
Requirements
  • Current professional registration with an approved body
  • Evidence of continuing professional development relevant to the post
  • Key skills in literacy, numeracy, and ITQ level 2 (or equivalent)
  • Post-graduate qualification in a relevant area
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £29,970 to £36,483 per annum (pro rata), as well as a supportive and dynamic work environment.
