Deputy Shop Manager Position

We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Deputy Shop Manager to join our friendly and experienced paid team in our busy charity shop. As a Deputy Shop Manager, you'll work 15 hours (2 days) a week, ensuring efficient stock management from point-of-donation to point-of-sale, supervising a team of dedicated volunteers, and leading by example in providing excellent service to our supporters.
About the Role:
In this exciting Deputy Shop Manager position, you'll play a vital role in leading our retail team, maximizing sales and profits to support the fantastic care Ty Hafan provides to children and their families. Your main duties will include managing stock, supervising volunteers, and providing excellent customer service.
About You:
We're looking for someone with previous retail experience, a great attitude, and a willingness to learn. You'll be able to work well within a small team, have a drive to provide excellent customer service, and be passionate about helping our charity achieve its goals.
