Key Responsibilities:
  • Process monthly payrolls for circa 1,300 employees across UK & Ireland
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance with statutory requirements
  • Respond to payroll and benefit queries in a professional and efficient manner
  • Confidently handle complex payroll queries and provide timely feedback to stakeholders
  • Run and check pre-commit reports, identify and make corrections as necessary
  • Maintain a working knowledge of current statutory and legislative compliance
  • Ensure confidentiality and manage data security to the highest standard
Requirements:
  • Monthly payroll processing experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
  • High standard of written and verbal communication skills
  • Intermediate Excel skills, comfortable with vLookup, pivot tables, and formulas
  • Customer-focused with strong problem-solving approach
  • Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
