Job DescriptionAbout the Role

This maternity cover position offers an exciting opportunity to join our documentation creation team as a skilled Technical Writer. As a key member of our globally diverse team, you will work closely with various teams to produce high-quality documentation that enhances user understanding and engagement.

Your Responsibilities
  • Create, edit, and update guides, troubleshooting articles, and other types of technical documentation to support product launches and updates.
  • Collaborate with technical and non-technical teams to gather information, verify content accuracy, and ensure our documents meet user needs and company standards.
  • Review and revise documentation based on feedback from various sources to maintain our high standards of quality and consistency.
What We're Looking For
  • Experience in technical writing, preferably in software, technology, or a related field.
  • Comfortable with technical concepts and able to learn new technologies quickly.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills, particularly in American English and grammar.
  • A willingness and ability to manage a varied workload, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and project requirements.
