Child Residential Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Child Residential Support Specialist to join our team at Nurse Seekers. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about providing care and support to children with emotional and behavioural difficulties.
About the Role:- Location: Preston, Bacup, or Burnley
- Shifts: 2 on, 4 off, including sleep-ins as required
- Experience: Minimum 1 year working in an OFSTED-regulated children's home
Estimated Annual Salary: £24,000 - £31,000, depending on experience
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional care and support to children with emotional and behavioural difficulties
- Work collaboratively with other professionals to achieve the best possible outcomes for the children
- Develop and implement personalized care plans that meet the unique needs of each child
