Dunfermline Support Worker Role Overview

The Ark service in Dunfermline supports 12 people with learning disabilities and autism, offering a unique opportunity to make a positive difference in their lives.

As a Support Worker, you will work with colleagues to provide individual care and maintain appropriate relationships with service users, promoting their independence and well-being.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Working with colleagues to support vulnerable service users
  • Communicating effectively with individuals to provide individual care
  • Being responsible for supporting individuals throughout activities, providing positive feedback and encouragement
