About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Analyst to join our team at Royal Caribbean Group. As a Commercial Analyst, you will play a critical role in providing proactive financial and commercial insights and analysis to support the financial and commercial aims of the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide financial and commercial insights and analysis to support the financial and commercial aims of the organization.
  • Support the implementation of distribution strategy by delivering commercial and commission plans and forecasts.
  • Work with Commercial Manager and Commercial Director to financially model past, current, and future channel mixes.
  • Develop and maintain accurate cost of sale database capturing all commission-related activities.
  • Provide regular weekly reporting and dashboards to support day-to-day operation and decision-making for trade and direct sales teams.
  • Model past, current, and future channel mix, including topline distribution channel.
  • Provide agreed external reporting to support all commercial activities.
  • Respond to ad-hoc analysis needs as they arise to support business decisions.
Requirements
  • University degree.
  • Studying towards or part-qualified accountancy qualification preferred: CIMA or ACCA.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a commercial environment.
  • Experience of Essbase and Brio/Hyperion strongly preferred.
  • Experience of Power BI would be useful.
  • Experience of JDE accounting system would be useful.
  • MS Excel to advanced level.
  • Strong knowledge and experience of MS PowerPoint and Word.
