About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to join Amazon UK Services Ltd. as a Senior Program Manager, WWDE Concessions Program. As a key member of the WWDE team, you will be responsible for delivering a multi-phased policy migration and tooling improvements across global Concessions policy roadmap workflows.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance customer experience and reduce defects
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business requirements
  • Lead and manage projects to deliver business outcomes and meet customer needs
  • Communicate results and progress to senior leadership and stakeholders

Requirements

  • Experience in program or project management, with a focus on process improvement and defect reduction
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior leaders and stakeholders
  • Experience with SQL, Access, and Advanced Excel skills, with the ability to analyze and interpret data

About the Team

The WWDE team is responsible for developing elegant customer and customer service associate facing products globally. These products offer effortless self-service and automation solutions to our customers. If the customers prefer to interact with a human, we enable CSAs to effectively and elegantly solve customers' issues using our associate facing products powered through human centered design.
