Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Aviation Systems Engineer to join our team as a Radar Expert. The successful candidate will have a strong background in systems engineering and experience working with radar, communications, or EW systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support bid activities and requirements management
  • Perform radar performance analysis and algorithm development
  • Design systems and sub-systems
  • Support customer demonstrations and travel within the UK and abroad

Requirements

  • Positive, social, results-oriented, and a team player with a background in systems engineering
  • Experience of radar, communications, or EW systems (5 years minimum)
  • Experience working with MATLAB and recorded radar data
  • Experience working in a recognised industry standard requirements management tool
  • Familiar with principles of 15288:2023
  • Familiar with product road mapping and product lifecycle techniques
  • Good technical communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • UK or Swedish citizenship
