About the Role

We're looking for a Defence and Aviation Integration Specialist to lead and develop the Integration Team at Saab Seaeye. You'll be responsible for leading the integration, test, and commissioning of our Saab Seaeye products to meet contractual and business requirements. Your expertise in electrical or mechanical engineering will be invaluable in this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop the Integration Team at Saab Seaeye
  • Integration, test, and commissioning of Saab Seaeye products
  • On-time delivery of integrated and commissioned systems to the required quality standard
  • Lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement
  • Support production engineering in the development and implementation of improved production methods
  • Skills and competence development of the Integration team
  • Capacity and resource planning for the integration area
  • Support project managers in delivering Factory Acceptance Testing
Requirements
  • Five years/HNC minimum experience in an electrical or mechanical engineering environment
  • Offshore energy domain knowledge and experience
  • Seaeye Product knowledge - ROV and Sub-Assembly level
