We are seeking an experienced Aviation Systems Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our radar systems team, you will be responsible for supporting bid activities, requirements management, radar performance analysis, and system design.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support to bid activities and requirements management
  • Radar performance analysis and algorithm development
  • System and sub-system design
  • Support to customer demonstrations
  • Travel within the UK and abroad (including to Gothenburg office)

Requirements

  • Positive, social, results-oriented, and a team player with a background in systems engineering
  • Experience of radar, communications, or EW systems (5 years minimum)
  • Experience of working with MATLAB and recorded radar data
  • Experience of working in a recognised industry standard requirements management tool
  • Familiar with principles of 15288:2023
  • Familiar with product road mapping and product lifecycle techniques
  • Good technical communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • UK or Swedish citizenship
