We are seeking an experienced Resident Liaison Officer to join our team at United Living Group. As a vital member of our team, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth delivery of our services to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Act as a visible point of contact for customers, engaging through regular updates and communication.
- Ensure residents are aware of works processes and communicate updates/changes accordingly.
- Coordinate handover of keys to site teams and provide a high standard of customer aftercare.
- Manage expectations between residents, the client, and our operations teams.
We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, who can work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders. Experience in a contractor or client-side resident liaison/community engagement role is preferred.
You will be resilient under pressure and understand the need for discretion and respect in a public-facing role. A full UK driving licence is also required.
