About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care and Support Professional to join our team at Seven Springs, a vibrant service that supports vulnerable adults in their local community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily life tasks, including personal care, medication, and mealtimes, to promote independence and well-being.
- Escort and support individuals in and around the service, at external events, and appointments, ensuring their safety and comfort.
- Implement our Person-Centred approach, encouraging maximum independence and helping individuals achieve their aspirations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with individuals, families, and colleagues.
- Flexibility and creativity in working with individuals and their families, adapting to their needs and preferences.
- Personal care experience is desirable but not essential; we offer an excellent training and induction program for all new staff.
- Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
- Flexibility to work within rostered hours and willingness to participate in an on-call rota, as required.
